Authentic: texel snap, 8 fps, stepped light Dynamic shadows

Headless harness: ?shot=N steps N frames on a fixed clock (use with Chrome's --virtual-time-budget), ?probe=N reports flickering pixels, ?dbg=1 shows camera/disc numbers in the tag. Any control can be preset: tod, cycle, mode, orbit, pitch, fov, dist, frame, autoframe, squash, auth, shad, res, hi, seed. ?full=1 (or the Fullscreen button) fills the window: the island keeps its 240×135 core in the centre and sea/sky extend around it at the same texel size (?scale=N sets CSS px per texel; default makes the core about half the screen height).
